Elizabeth Pennington is the designer behind the Eliza Wyke brand. Elizabeth trained at Leeds College of Art & Design and has been designing and manufacturing wedding, occasion and evening wear for over 10 years.
A confirmed singleton, Elizabeth’s “Significant Other” proposed on Yorkshire Day, 2010. A challenge if ever there were one to design and make the dress of the year. During 2011, the stress of the dress mounted, but after a few false starts (include a 6 hour power cut on the manufacture weekend with only 2 weeks to go), the dress was finally completed on the morning of the wedding!
